Lakeside and ridge properties in Dillon take sustained wind that inland towns a few miles away simply don't. For a business, that changes the math. A residential display that sags a little is a minor annoyance. A commercial display along the shoreline that works loose over a windy week becomes a liability on a walkway, a dark storefront during your busiest nights, and a service call you shouldn't have needed.
