Services

Everything from design to storage

You make one call. We handle the design, the install, the season, the takedown and the box it all lives in until next November.

Residential

Christmas lights for your home

Create magical holiday memories with professional Christmas light installations for your home. From rooflines to landscaping, we handle it all with precision and care.

  • Roof and gutter installations — Rooflines, peaks, eaves, ridges and gutter runs, clipped to the structure without staples, nails or adhesive.
  • Tree and landscape lighting — Trunk wraps, canopy lighting, shrubs, walkways and yard features that carry the display down off the roof.
  • Custom design consultations — We walk the property before quoting anything, because a photo never shows the pitch, the access or the power situation.
  • Professional installation & takedown — Both directions are part of the job. We put it up, and in January we take it down and haul it out.

Commercial

Displays for businesses and properties

Elevate your business with stunning commercial Christmas displays. Perfect for retail spaces, offices, and hospitality venues.

  • Large-scale installations — Multi-story and multi-building properties, retail frontage, lodging and hospitality venues.
  • Custom branding solutions — Displays designed around your existing colors and identity rather than a generic holiday kit.
  • Event lighting design — One-off installs for seasonal events, venues and village spaces.
  • Maintenance & storage services — In-season service calls, plus off-season storage so the display isn't taking up your space in July.

The Process

How a job actually runs

01

Get in touch

Send the form or call. Tell us the address and roughly how many feet you're picturing.

02

On-site design

We walk the property, measure properly, and design a display that fits the building rather than fighting it.

03

Installation

Professional-grade materials, installed and fully tested before we leave.

04

In-season support

If a section goes dark in December, we come back out. That's part of it, not an extra.

05

Takedown & storage

Removed cleanly in January with nothing left behind, and stored until next season.

Working at altitude

Why mountain properties are different

Snow load and ice

Displays here sit under real accumulation for months. Attachment choice and spacing decide whether a run survives to January or comes down in December.

Steep metal roofs

Standing-seam metal is common across Summit County and needs clip systems that grip the seam — never anything adhesive, and never anything that penetrates.

Sub-zero cycling

Consumer light strings get brittle and fail when they cycle through deep cold night after night. Professional-grade materials are the requirement, not an upsell.

A short install window

Between first snow and the holidays there isn't much room. Booking early is the single biggest thing you can do to get the display you want.

Second homes and rentals

A large share of county properties are owned by people who aren't here. We handle scheduling remotely and work around booking calendars.

We're already here

When something goes dark the week of Christmas, we're minutes away rather than a couple of hours down the interstate.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you provide the lights, or do I?

We work with professional-grade commercial materials rather than consumer light strings — they hold up far better to sub-zero cycling at altitude. Tell us what you already have and we'll talk through the options during the walkthrough.

Is takedown included?

Yes. Installation and takedown are both part of the job. We remove everything in January, leave no clips behind, and can store the display until next season.

What happens if a section goes dark mid-season?

We come back out and fix it. In-season service is part of the arrangement, not an add-on.

How much does it cost?

Every property is quoted individually after an on-site walkthrough. Roof pitch, height, access and total run length vary enormously between mountain homes, and quoting sight-unseen does nobody any favors. Estimates are free.

When should I book?

Earlier than you'd think. Installs go much faster before the first heavy snow, and the window here is short. September and October are the right time.

Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes. Multi-building and multi-unit work is a scheduling problem as much as a lighting one, and we're happy to coordinate a single seasonal plan across properties.
