Commercial Holiday Lighting in Frisco, Colorado
Frisco is home — our shop is here, so we're minutes from your storefront rather than a couple of hours down I-70. We design, install, service and remove commercial displays for businesses across town.
A Frisco storefront is not a strip-mall façade
Main Street's historic character shaped the buildings around it. A lot of Frisco's commercial stock is older, smaller-footprint, steeply pitched, and detailed — gable trim, porch posts, awnings, brackets, window casings worth following. That changes what a good display looks like here. Volume doesn't read well on a building like that. Careful outlining does. One clean, continuous line that traces the actual architecture will out-perform twice the light thrown at it without a plan.
So we design on-site. We walk the building, look at it from the sidewalk and from across the street where your customers actually see it, and figure out which lines carry the shape of the place after dark.
What 9,097 feet does to a commercial display
Your lights go up in November and stay lit into January. In that stretch they sit under snow load, freeze and thaw daily, and cycle well below zero at night. Consumer-grade strings from a big-box store go brittle in that environment — sockets crack, a section drops out, and it's usually the section over the entry. We use professional-grade materials rated for the cold, and we build attachment with the roof in mind. On standing-seam metal, that means non-penetrating clips sized to the seam, never adhesive and never anything screwed into your roof.
The install window here is short and it closes without warning. Once heavy snow is on a roof, the safe working day shrinks fast — and November daylight in the mountains gives crews few usable hours to begin with. Commercial buildings booked early get the calm, well-planned install. Buildings booked late get whatever weather is left.
Being based in town is the whole point
When a section goes dark the week before Christmas — and on some building, somewhere, it will — the question is how fast someone gets there. We're not driving up from the Front Range. Frisco properties get the fastest turnaround we offer on both installs and mid-season service calls, because the shop is here.
For a restaurant, retail storefront, lodging property or office, that matters more than any feature list. Your display is lit during your busiest revenue weeks. It should stay lit.
Where we work in Frisco
- Historic Frisco — detailed older buildings along and around Main Street, where trim outlining and restraint do the work
- Peak One Neighborhood — newer construction with cleaner rooflines and different attachment needs
- Frisco Bay — open exposure, which means tighter attachment intervals against wind
- Bill's Ranch — mixed older cabins and infill, tree and landscape lighting alongside rooflines
What's included
Full service, start to finish. We design the display on-site, install it with professional-grade materials, service it through the season, and take it down in January. Storage in the off-season is part of it too, so you're not stacking crates in a back room until next November. You don't touch a ladder, and nobody on your staff does either.
Every commercial property is quoted individually — building size, height, access and design all move the number, so we look before we price.
